Q: I just downloaded the app on my iPhone. I get an error that says "Data not available." The user has declined access to it. How do I allow this so I can use the Photo Magnifier app?
A: Apparently, when RotoView Photo Magnifier was
opened, you had a dialog box asking you to allow
RotoView access to your location/photos information
and you declined.
To fix this (if you have iOS 7) go to Setting on your phone, select Privacy and then select Photos. You will see a list of all apps that requested access to your photos. Simply turn on the button near RotoView Photo Magnifier. This will fix the problem.
You can also delete the app and install it again, making sure that you allow access for RotoView.
